Each Program Includes

Each of our MaintenancePRO programs is here to help you keep your water system in top shape. We'll conduct a thorough 10-point visual inspection during each visit to ensure everything runs smoothly. We also provide an annual 28-point inspection, including a water test, to ensure your water is safe and clean. As part of the program, we'll also provide you with a K-Pre filter if needed, we will fill up your brine tank to 3/4 full of salt, if 5+ bags are needed, additional charges will apply. An Iron Buster treatment (if iron is present), and a 20"x 2.5" 1 Micron Filter. Plus, we prioritize you for scheduling service calls.


Our team will install filters during each visit and perform an annual service for your K5 Drinking Water Station. We'll also conduct a Working and Reverse Osmosis water test and check your reservoir tank pressure. And, if you need new equipment, we'll install it for you with no down payment required.


We aim to keep your water system functioning smoothly so you can enjoy clean, fresh water whenever needed.

The Fine Print

  1. Program Levels: The Maintenance PRO program offers four levels of service: Premier, Convenience+, Convenience, and Essentials. Each program level provides specific features and benefits as described in the program documentation.
  2. Subscription Options: Customers have the option to sign up for a monthly subscription or an annual subscription. By selecting the monthly subscription, the customer agrees to pay the specified monthly fee for the duration of their subscription term. By selecting the annual subscription, the customer agrees to pay the price equivalent to eleven months' subscription fees and receive the twelfth month free.
  3. Non-Refundable Annual Subscription: In the event that a customer cancels their annual subscription, regardless of the reason, there will be no refund provided for the remaining subscription term. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the annual subscription fee is non-refundable.
  4. Add-Ons: Additional services or features, referred to as "add-ons," can be added to the maintenance program. The charges for add-ons will be billed in accordance with the chosen subscription frequency (monthly or annually) and will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the base maintenance program.
  5. Modification of Program Levels and Pricing: The company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any program level or pricing at its sole discretion. In such cases, customers will be provided with reasonable notice of any changes, and they may have the option to switch to an alternative program level or pricing structure.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate the maintenance program subscription by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the customer will no longer have access to the program features and benefits, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.
  7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  8. Entire Agreement: This fine print, together with the main terms and conditions of the Maintenance PRO program, constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and the company regarding the subscription and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
