The 7-Step Water Purification Process Behind Rainwater's Bottled Water

As concern over the quality of tap water continues to grow, many people are turning to bottled water as a safer and more convenient alternative. But not all bottled water is created equal. At Water Doctor of Washington, we take pride in our commitment to delivering the highest quality drinking water to our customers. Here's how we do it:

Step 1: Pre-filtration

The first step in our water purification process is pre-filtration. When the water first arrives at our facility, it goes through a pre-filter to remove any large sediment and begin the water treatment process. This ensures that the water is clean and free of any debris before it goes through the rest of our purification process.

Step 2: UV Treatment

After the pre-filtration process, the water is passed through a UV light. This is done to kill any bacteria and viruses that may be present in the water. UV treatment is a highly effective method of disinfection that does not use any chemicals, making it safe and environmentally friendly.

Step 3: Water Softening

Next, we run the water through one of our commercial Kinetico water softening dual tank non-electric systems. This process softens the water and removes any extra minerals that may be present. Water softening not only improves the taste of the water but also prevents damage to appliances and plumbing caused by hard water.

Step 4: Reverse Osmosis

After the water is softened, it goes through our Kinetico commercial-grade reverse osmosis system. This process removes impurities such as dissolved solids, minerals, and salts, as well as any remaining bacteria and viruses. Reverse osmosis is a highly effective method of water purification that produces water of exceptional quality.

Step 5: UV Treatment (again)

Just before the water is bottled, we pass it through a UV light again. This ensures that any remaining bacteria and viruses are eliminated, leaving only pure, clean water.

Step 6: Carbon Filtration

The final step in our water purification process is carbon filtration. This process is done to put a finishing touch on the taste and odor of the water. The carbon filter removes any remaining impurities and helps to improve the overall taste and quality of the water.

Step 7: Bottling

Once the water has gone through the entire purification process, it is ready to be bottled. At Water Doctor of Washington, we use only the highest quality BPA-free plastic bottles to ensure that our customers receive the cleanest, purest water possible. Our bottling process is done under strict hygienic conditions to ensure that there is no contamination of the water. Once the bottles are filled, they are immediately capped and labeled with the Rainwater logo, ready to be delivered straight to our customers' doors. By using state-of-the-art bottling equipment and adhering to strict quality control standards, we are able to guarantee the quality and purity of our bottled water with every delivery.

Thanks to this 7-step process, our customers have come to love the taste of Rainwater Bottled Water. We take pride in delivering water of the highest quality, and we believe that our commitment to quality is what sets us apart from other bottled water providers.
